Description
When we feel overwhelmed by emotions, thoughts and ideas that are not our own it can be hard to hear our inner intuitive voice. When you need a bit of space to just tune back into our natural intuition and your own intentions this meditation aids us. As we make this golden space for ourselves the energies of others will become more muted. We might still feel or sense what is outside our breathing space but it is with a distance and detachment that allows us to process from a centered state. This meditation also includes a setting of a daily intention.
